While many customers may not be ready to order their routine supplies and equipment via the Internet, Grogan's will be ready when they are. 

First the bad news.  This feature is not for everyone.  You must have established credit and open account in good standing and meet our minimum monthly purchase requirements that are geared towards institutional and professional buyers.  With that out of the way, now to the good news:

Out of the 20,000-plus products on our Internet catalog, most customers are only routinely buying a few hundred.  You can avoid wading through those categories with a unique "template" for your orders.  Request "My Products" ordering now through our Customer Service Department.  It only takes few minutes for us to set-up your account and load your products!

Then, your "My Products" list will show your routinely ordered items either by recognizable product number or description order and will show our "short description" and any special or contract prices you may be receiving.  Available units of measure are shown next to a box to be filled in with your desired order quantity. Your historical usage of each product and our average available inventoy helps you order the right amount and know what lead time to expect. 

You can easily go back and forth from the items for your account to the general catalog, but the easier way to find items you haven't ordered before is to click on the "Search Similar" item button at the far right.  That click will take you to all other items in the same category as the one you have bought.  "Search Similar" on syringes to find other sizes, on scrub pants to find other colors, or on digital scales to find other models.
